Abeocracy

I was at iMarkt last weekend. It was a great succes. I was there as part of the whitespace stand that showed projects from the hackerspace in ghent. I participated on a domotica project that can make coffe and control a light and a ventilator. As always, you can find the code on github.

This week is the opening of hackerspace Ghent, or also known as Whitespace.

The agenda

Friday

• 20:00: Opening drink, see the space, meet the locals, fun hacker partygames.

Saturday

• 14:00 : OpenWRT presentation: a big os for small devices.
• 15:00 : Flashing for fun & profit:
  1. Bring your compatible wireless router [2]
  2. Flash it! (don't worry we'll walk you trough).

  4. Profit!
• 17:00 : Everything you always wanted to know about IPv6 but were afraid to ask.
• 18:00 : Open recipe burgers (with secret sauce).
• 21:00 : Evening entertainment: Powerpoint karaoke hosted by fs111.
• After that : something involving liquids.

Sunday
